About Yanmar

Yanmar is one of the most famous among the top brands of agricultural, construction and marine machinery in Japan and the world.

Yanmar was the first to put a diesel engine in a rice planting machine with a passenger seat. Small, light, air-cooled diesel engines are Yanmar’s speciality. Yanmar also supplies engines to John Deere tractors, and refrigerated trucks and trailers.

Yanmar’s headquarters are in Osaka, Japan.

Yanmar manufacture gas heat pumps, snow throwers, transporters, tillers, mini excavators, portable diesel generators, side-by-side UTV and heavy machinery and plant.

The ViO design principle offers true Zero Tail Swing, neither the counterweight or front part of the upper frame exceeds the width of the crawlers allowing the machine to work in narrow areas. 

Performance is enhanced with the patented Victas® Track System. The increased footprint allows greater sideways stability and higher lifts capacity.

The VIPPS® progressive 3 pump hydraulic system gives powerful and simultaneous operations, even during travel.

The all new ViO80-1 is a true zero tail swing midi excavator with neither the counterweight or the front part of the upper frame exceeding the width of the tracks. The wide and spacious cab is over 40% larger than its predecessor and the forward visibility is increased by 53%.
